[3신] 전교인 피크닉 - 성황리 다녀왔습니다 > 행사

We had a wonderful ncbc picnic last Sunday.  I was so happy to see so many of our ncbc sisters and brothers show up with their families.

I was not sure until the last minute how many people would come to the picnic, and we ended up running out of plates and almost had no chopsticks left! J Special thanks to brother Ahn Byeong Suh, who saved the day by getting more plates and charcoal for us.  He was so quick, I hope he didn't get any speeding tickets.  Also, many brothers came early in the morning and set up the tent & volleyball nets and the BBQ, and brother Kim Jong Gil continually washed out the large food containers and saved us a lot of clean up time in the end.

The food was delicious and the weather was perfect.  The dads played volleyball with the youth kids and many adults played with the children from CM, and everyone just had fun and and was willing to help.  Youth volunteers helped with face painting and making balloon animals.  Special thanks to Christine, who was in charge of face painting.  She also wrote “ncbc” on every single recycle grocery bag.  Also, thanks to Brother Chung Yon Kun, who volunteered our recreation activities.  During the picnic, Brother  Lee Hak Soo & Song JDSnim were our unofficial photographer for the day.  Thank you!

We estimated that the picnic would end around 4:30, but even while we were cleaning up and putting everything away, people continued to play and have fun.

Most of all, I would like to give a huge thanks to our fellowship sisters and brothers.  This event could not have been this big of a success if it hadn't been for everyone's help and cooperation.

Thank you Lord for providing such a safe and joyful event.
