"Happy New Year!" Everyone,

It is 2014 now~

We really had a great time at the New Year's Eve service! Delicious Rice cake soup, games, and worship.
Most of all, I was so blessed to start the new year with our faith kids~

Let's also start the new year with early morning worship together! We had early morning service this morning and it was so good to see many faith kids and their families~ I encourage all the families to come to the early morning service! A prize will be given to the faith kids who attended at least one morning. :)

The story of the first session worship this past Sunday was that Prophet Micah and Zephaniah kept telling God's message! "If you had done what was right, I'd be bringing you good news!"
And "God will judge sinners and save those who trust in Jesus!"
What an important message for us to share with people! We must tell others about Jesus' life, death, and resurrection.

At the second session, I shared the story about "people prayed for Peter!"
Through this message, I told them:
1. See how God answered prayers.
2. Understand how important it is to trust Jesus.
3. Personally take time to pray specifically for someone.

Not only can people go to God and pray for one another but also that when we trust in Jesus, He goes to God for us. Humans are unholy and can not go to God on their own, but when people trust in Jesus, He goes to God for them!

I pray that you all have a wonderful first week of the new year of 2014 in The Lord!

이제 2014년이 되었습니다~
여러분 모두 "새해 복 많이 받으세요!"

2013년의 마지막 날은 교회에서 떡국도 먹고, 윷놀이도 하고, 또 예배도 함께 드리며 즐거운 시간을 가졌습니다!
무엇보다도 저에게는 새해의 첫날을 우리 Faith자녀들과 함께 맞이한 것이 가장 큰 축복이었습니다~

또한 특별 새벽 기도와 함께 새해를 여는 우리 모두가 되기를 소원해 봅니다! 오늘 아침부터 시작된 새벽 예배에 우리 Faith자녀들과 가족들도 많이 참석하였습니다. 내일부터 오시려고 계획하신 분들도 많으실텐데요, 하루라도 참석하는 우리 아이들에게는 상품이 준비되어 있습니다! 많이 격려해 주세요. :)

지난 주일 1부 예배에서는 선지자, 미가와 스바냐가 외친 메시지에 대하여 아이들과 나누었습니다. 우상을 숭배하고 하나님의 목전에서 악을 행하는 이스라엘 민족을 향한 하나님의 사랑의 메시지는 예수님을 통한 구원을 의미합니다. 예수님의 삶과 죽으심, 그리고 부활에 대한 놀라운 "좋은 소식"을 우리도 다른이들에게 전해야 할 것입니다.

2부 예배에서는 사람들이 감옥에 갇힌 베드로를 위해 기도하는 내용을 설교하였습니다!
1. 하나님께서 그들의 기도에 응답하시는 방법.
2. 하나님을 신뢰하는 것이 얼마나 중요한 것인가를 아는 것.
3. 기도가 필요한 사람을 위해 우리 스스로 기도의 시간을 가지는 것.

죄인된 우리는 다른 이를 위해 하나님께 기도할 자격이 없지만, 예수님을 믿고 의지하면 예수님께서 직접 그들을 위해 간구해 주십니다!

2014년 첫주를 주님과 함께 동행하시는 아름다운 시간이 되시기를 축복하고 기도드리며,
