Hello All,

Can you imagine if  an angel appears to you and tells you news about the birth of the Messiah! How will you react?^^

The Gospel of Jesus is amazing news! God sent His Son, Jesus, to earth to be our Savior. Jesus was born just like how we were born, and He grew up just like how we grow up. But Jesus never sinned--ever!
He always obeyed God perfectly. Even though Jesus never sinned, He died to take the punishment for our sins. Not only did Jesus die for us, but He came back to life so we could know that we can be completely forgiven. That is the Gospel, God's plan for you and me. All we have to do to receive that forgiveness is to repent of our sins and trust in Jesus.

Jesus is the only reason we celebrate Christmas! Jesus was God's gift to us. God gave us the very best gift--His only Son--so that we can be forgiven of our sins and have eternal life!

That was the message for the first worship time~^^

Memory verse is Luke 2:30-32 (NIV)
"For my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the sight of all people,
a light for glory to your people Israel."   -Luke 2:30-32

For the second worship time, I shared the story about FORGIVENESS.
Peter asked Jesus how many times he had to forgive someone who had wronged him.
Peter must have thought that forgiving someone 7 times was pretty generous. But Jesus blew him away and said he should forgive 70 times 7x!

The parable of the Unmerciful Servant is a lesson of FORGIVENESS in Matthew 18:21-35.
70 times 7 means every time and that even God never remembers our sin.  That is complete FORGIVENESS
We are so generous to ourselves but not to others!
We should forgive others because God always forgives us!

I pray that you all have a blessed rest of the week and stay warm~

Love in Him,

Young Ahn Gansa
