Registration Information

Register early! Early Bird Special ends 5/29:

Tuition is $40.00 per child before 5/29/2016
                $50.00 per child after 5/29/2016
 

Sibling Discount (Early Bird: $35 for 2nd, $30 for 3rd, 4+ free)

                            (After 5/29: $45 for 2nd, $40 for 3rd)

Registration will close on 6/5(or until we have 140 kids).

To participate, your child must be at least 3 years old by September 2016 and fully potty trained.

How to Register:

1. At the Courtyard registration is open on Sundays 11:00-11:30 and 1:00 - 2:00.

2. Online here.  There is a small fee for this and will need to pay seperately after the confirmation email.

3. Print the attached registration and mail it to:

     1250 West Middlefield Rd

     Mountain View, CA 94043

   *If you are mailing, but make sure to confirm your registration by emailing us.
